AviCamo

Licensed per operator, priced on your fleet

Every deployment is the whole product in its own cloud project. There is no feature-gated tier, because an operator with one aircraft has the same regulator as an operator with thirty.

What moves the price

So the first conversation can be a short one.

Fleet size
The main driver. Each aircraft adds programme tasks, components and a stream of flight logs to compute against.
What you are bringing with you
Loading historical compliance, component histories and logbook totals from paper or a previous system is real work, and it is the part that makes the first forecast trustworthy.
Aircraft complexity
A turbine twin with a component-heavy programme carries more tracked items than a piston single, and more of the tracking is life-limited.
How much of the assistance layer you use
Reading documents and answering questions is included, with a monthly allowance agreed with you. You need no account with an AI provider and no key of your own. The allowance is a hard limit rather than a guideline — your administrators can see what has been used at any moment, and it stops on its own rather than running over. An operator putting decades of paper logbooks through it wants a larger one; an operator who leaves it switched off pays for none of it.
