This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tag manager or advertising script. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell a third party that you visited.

The form asks for your name, your email address, optionally your organisation, and your message. We use it to answer you. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not passed to anyone for marketing.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you are asking about becoming a customer, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Delivery is handled by SendGrid, which processes the message in order to send it. Our own infrastructure runs in the European Union (europe-west1).

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then delete them. Ask us sooner and we will delete yours on request.

Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, timestamp and requested URL, for security and troubleshooting. These are retained on the provider default schedule and are not combined with contact form submissions.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it at all. Write to the data protection address below and we will act on it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, or to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
